Zamburiñas stewed in Galician sauce
Atlantic scallops from the Arousa estuary. We select only the best caliber pieces, caught using traditional methods such as the bou de vara. They are opened and cleaned one by one; then they are canned by hand and covered with a traditional Galician stew made with natural ingredients.
